Petco

My dog got groomed for the first time here last week by Nancy. His nails have never been so short or smooth. I was incredibly impressed. I came in before he was done and watched and she was very patient with him. He is not the most cooperative but watching her try to soothe him and teach him to not be afraid made me happy. The store as a whole isn’t the cleanest and some of the staff at the register aren’t always the friendliest but I will come back and recommend others to do so because of her!

I went to visit the store and my daughter had to use the restroom. I walked in and saw how disgusting the restroom were. There’s blood smeared on toilet and mold, I walked out and was not gonna let my daughter use that restroom in those conditions. I called later and spoke with Serena who I am unsure if she is a manager but her response seemed like she didn’t really care. I hope this gets cleaned asap so other customers do not have to deal with this.

Huge shout-out to Pedro. He was nervous to get the bird and I'm pretty sure it was his first time and he was able to catch the bird🫡

Grooming service is good, customer service is horrible. Not enough employees! the ones who work there don’t know where things are! check out service very very slow. Only one cashier for our about 10 customers. Manager nowhere to be found for any type of assistance. I do not recommend this store at all.!

That girl who works in the fish section, I don't know her name, but she has a nose piercing 🤥 She has a terrible attitude towards customers. It seems like they don't want to sell the fish. I bought a 20-gallon tank, a water pump suitable for that tank, and about three goldfish, and she kept questioning me about everything, telling me to buy a bigger tank and things like that. It seemed absurd. A week later, I went back to buy more goldfish, and now they wouldn't sell me any more until I bought another tank. The manager was just as stupid. It seems like they just want us to spend more money. In the end, you're losing customers. In Fresno, I found a Petco that actually provides good service and sells to me without any problems.
