I have been here before and did not get good service. But today I got great service from Oliver in the fish department. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and explained things to me. I got fish and several plants. The plants look really great and are 25% off! Which was awesome!!!👏🏾 Great job Oliver!

My brother assisted me with getting fish from this location not even two weeks ago for my son's new fish tank. I want to also mention that my brother is also a professional when it comes to these things as well. Purchased were a variety of six Molly fish. We even have them names my son was so excited. Yesterday one died and then today three more we are currently down to two Molly fish. My brother also expressed that he did another fish tank about a year ago and purchased from this same location and had a similar experience however he figured because it was so long ago things may have changed. Well clearly it hadn't. I am very disappointed that we have lost four fish within 24 hours. Not only that but my son is on the spectrum and with him being very expressive to his feelings he's really h

My shopping experience was horrible. I am disabled, and I could not navigate the aisles for all the stock everywhere. I took pics, and management was unapologetic. All of the boxes were in the cat section which was where I needed to shop. This was an ADA and customer safety issue.

Today I stopped by Petco for some live crickets....(I normally go to that other store) but today I did not. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest employee. Her name is Fancy. She was nice, knowledgeable, and definitely made me want to come back to the store for my future needs. 5 stars highly recommend. Thanks again Ms. FANCY

My girls looked beautiful! They did a fantastic job on Zoey, and China was so fluffy and shiny. They smelled good too. The ONLY reason I didn't give five stars was the overbooking issue, but they promised to note my file for future visits. We will definitely be returning.
