Petco Grooming

Lindsay was absolutely nasty! She even put her hand on her hip to let me know. Sorry, I am the customer. I was not rude or unprofessional to her. She does not represent someone who i would trust to groom my fur baby. I do not recommend her to groom ANYONE fur baby! Petco please do better with your training...this was unprofessional for no apparent reason. Sadly, I think she was the manager

I gave a star only because my fur baby was clean. My fur baby wasn't brushed, wasn't trimmed because he had hair all in his face. That isn't what I am use to. He didn't get his bandana after I paid for it. I am wondering what did they actually do because he looks like he did when he left my house. When he got home, I brushed him so he would look somewhat groom. When I called up to the location to speak to the groomer. He told me he didn't have time cut his Mohawk back in. I should have made my appointment a haircut. I miss my other groomer who use to work at Petco because I didn't have all this from none of my previous Petco groomers. They all left and did other things or moved too far away. I have went through three separate groomers and they get worst Everytime I take my fur baby there.

The lady that groomed my Boykin Spaniel, Lulu, is excellent!! She does a a great job and Lulu loves her. I will always bring Lulu back to see her.

This was my first time at this groomer. The staff was very nice and friendly.. I think my pup had an alright time as well. The only thing is that the hair cut was kind of choppy on the sides, but I'm under no illusion my pup was a little anxious and was mostly to blame, but overall if I need a back up groomer again this will definitely be my runner up!!

I received excellent service at Petco Grooming. My dog looked great, the workers were polite and professional.
