I was delighted to find that the League City store not only had the 3 varieties of Dwarf Gourami I was looking for, but also had some beautiful male and female guppies to add to my community tank. The young lady in the fish department was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Without question, this was a 5-star experience!

Eilran at Bay Colony Petco in League City, has always been so helpful helping me find dog food for my dog with allergies, sensitive skin and weight issues. He explained to me how to understand the ingredients and what could be causing her allergies. I’ve been in a few times and he is always so patient and helpful! Thank you!😊

I used the petco animal hospital for a puppy's initial exam and rabies vaccine. They were nice and didn't pressure me to get tests as some vets have. I take good care of my pets but prefer to do some vaccines on my own and appreciate vets who listen and don't pressure me.

I took my dog to the vet.On july fifteenth and spent close $400 hundred dollars for an ear infection. It's 2 months later and it is back severely and she's sick.And I don't have another $400 to pay for her vet fees.I spoke with a lady named Rhonda, she has no compassion. I explained to her that I don't have the money and/or the credit for $400, every 2 months I can't do it. I can't afford it. she had a real poor attitude. She' was very condescending and rude to me and I will never, ever take my dog back. She was compassionate when I was paying the $400, but when I explained to her. That it was back and very bad and Luna was sick. And I don't have the money. She didn't care, she cold as ice. . She said there can be no payment arrangements, and that I would have to go elsewhere.And she a

Friendliest associates hands down. Not pushy and always willing to help when needed. Clean stores and well stocked with a variety of supplies/items/food etc. I love the small town, intimate feel of their stores.
