Awesome staff!!! I had a little idea of what I needed but they knew exactly. I'll definitely be returning to this store for my dragon's needs!!(edited 3/2/26) My boys got so BIG!!!!! Super healthy also!!!!

Such a warm and inviting staff!!! They are all so helpful and genuine! I highly recommend Payton for grooming. She truly loves the animals and what she does. You can’t go wrong with Petco!

I'm only giving this a low rating so your corporation will actually pay attention to what needs to be done. I enjoy most of the employees at this Petco but I feel like they are being suppressed from doing their best because of stress from their general store manager James. He is completely rude, enforces policies that make no sense, and is horrible at making sure his work force feel comfortable and cared for, instead they are unnecessarily stressed. He was rude to me on several occasions that I have started shopping elsewhere. The staff knows me well and I enjoy talking to all of them, so ladies this is not against any of you. I bought 7 snakes at this store, because of this they changed their policy on only buying three mice. On several occasions, James has told me himself in a rude manne

I love coming to this store even though it's a drive. The store is clean. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a large range of fish and the tanks are clean. They carry fresh and salt water . Thanks fir a great shplopping experience.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Unffortunately on my second trip, one fish perished on the ride home (About 2 miles away) and then the next day another perished in my tank that I have never had a problem with before.
