Brought my cockatiel Gabe in after an unfortunate accidental foot injury. I was pretty stressed and not explaining things in the most coherent way, but the vet managed to sort through it. Appreciate the help, All Creatures, you got us through a rough week. Update 2 weeks later, Gabe is using his foot and perching again 🌞

I took her in because she caught kennel cough from another dog and I told the receptionist that. The doc checked her teeth and hurd her cough one time and said no it was tonsillitis. Gave her two antibiotics shots and rulled out kennel cough. Now she 10 times worse than before has rattle in her breathing cough so much more has a runny nose and has some kind of snoring sound and gaggs over and over like she she dry heaving and she looks so weak and I feel so helpless. She should be better by now being I took her in Thursday and it's Monday with no signs of relief for her. Ive never had a dog but adopted her recently you can tell she is old and if he would have looked at her he would have seen the two swollen knots her stomach close to her private but he didn't check that before doing an ana

The worst veterinary experience I have ever had. I move a lot for work so I have had a lot of experience with vets - good and bad - but this place is the absolute worst. My dog was not even two years old and went from being a happy, healthy puppy to always sick in such a short time. Multiple vet visits in a short span of time and nothing was done. He was having seizures and throwing up and even started peeing and pooping in the house despite being trained and never having done this before. It was very unusual behavior for him. But he was not treated. Nobody would listen to what I had to say. They wouldn’t do any tests to find out what was wrong with him. By the time I got him to a different vet and they diagnosed him with epilepsy, it was far advanced. We tried multiple medications that h

They saved our donkey right at closing time after a dog attack! Many vets would have turned us away but they treated us and our poor donk with extreme kindness and care. This was our first visit to All Creatures and I will forever recommend them now!

I brought in an elderly cat needing teeth extracted, due to swelling and trouble eating. Surgery apparently went fine, until we got her back home. Within about 2 weeks of being seen, she had developed an infection that left her unable to eat, stand, or use the bathroom properly. By the time we finally got her to her actual vet in Cullman, she was described as a “limp dishrag” and was on the brink of death. I’m still wondering how she developed an infection, why the tests I asked for were not preformed, and ANOTHER test was performed that she didn’t need. Dr. Barker is kind, but I do believe that my time and money was wasted, and that they almost cost the life of my baby.
