Fur Babies

We left our baby there from May the 7th 2025 and picked him up today May the 14th 2025. He has dried poop all over his rear end and hanging from him hair. I don’t understand how a dog groomers and boarding place can let this happen. I understand that dog can get this way if not taken care of but if I am paying for someone to look after my dog I expect them to actually do a good job. If I dropped him off like that then I guess I couldn’t complain but I didn’t. I expected to get him back in the same condition I left him in. It’s not like y’all don’t have access to bath equipment. You saw that he had poop on him and decided to let it dry and leave it on him! I’m not happy and I’m never taking him here again nor will I be recommending you all to anyone!

The staff members were nice and friendly. They did a wonderful job on my puppies first hair cut! I'll be going back!

They gave our dog an okay haircut, but when got her home, my wife noticed a large gash across her stomach. They never even bothered telling us they cut her. We've been a customer there for about 2 years. Our dog won't be returning.

They took great care of my dog for a week. Great staff. I’m grateful for them.
