The staff was great! We were looking for a Day Gecko for our son. He had been researching them for a few months & had asked for one for his birthday. Mallory was awesome to work with. She was honest, up front, & most of all, engaging in conversation especially with our son. The whole experience was comfortable & we didn't feel like we were unprepared for this adventure .

Disappointing Experience with Vetco Services at Petco I recently took my three cats to Vetco at Petco for microchipping and deworming, including flea treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. Here are the main issues I encountered: - Incorrect Receipt Information: The receipt had two of my cats' names listed, but one cat was missing entirely. Additionally, one of the names appeared twice, which added to the confusion. We raised this concern with the staff, who assured us everything was fine and that we could proceed with checkout. - Payment Confusion: Later, I received a text from Petco stating there was no paid receipt for our visit. If this review is for the Store in Indian Pa a 10 out of 10 for the store and the people. Mixed reviews for when they use shippers other than Fedex or UPS, I have seen a couple days added to the deliveries. Overall, I am very happy.

I always find something in here for my dog. He loves to come in and pick out his own toy. Such a nice, affordable, and pet friendly place

I've been going here ever since I was 4. Staff are always very kind and willing to help. The animals are well taken care of and rarely die after purchase. I bought a betta fish from this location, she doesn't have fin rot or other issues that store bought fish may have. Edit: here's the doll a year later!
