Indiana County Humane Society

I didn't even know the humane society had their own crematorium....my dear sweet 18 year old cat passed away and I found this place. They were so kind and professional! This was also the cheapest place of all the ones I called (they don't even charge more if your cat weighs more than 10 pounds! Why should you have to pay more just because your loved one was a plus sized cat?? 🤔) and as an added bonus it benefits the humane society! I was even greeted by a sweet cat when I entered the building ❤️ they also added a paw print of my kitty and a clipping of his fur....I am forever thankful for their service!

Went to see adoptable cats. Didn't know I needed an appointment but they let us in anyway. Saw some very lovely cats...all seemed very well taken care of. The shelter staff member that took us around was very knowledgeable. I would recommend.

The hours are not at all conducive to an organization that wants to keep its doors open and adopt out animals. 1 to 5pm on weekdays only? I’ve never heard of that at an animal shelter before. They always have their hand out for money but they don’t open their doors to the public and wonder why the org is suffering. Needs a clean house and the director replaced.

Got my cat Parker here and although he is annoying dork I am very glad to have him :)
