I can’t say how much I appreciate this company. I have had my clip vac for years (8 or 9) and it was time for a new motor. Talk about it lasting a long time. I thought it was going to cost a lot and I was wrong. It was so affordable to replace. I had a few questions on how to do a few things (video is available on YouTube). Instead of it taking forever for help, someone actually called me back after looking at a few pictures I text and walked me through everything. This company is great and super helpful with everything. Thank you guys so much.

Product and service is the best there is. I’ve used my clipper vac for 20 years now. Wouldn’t trade them in. People that I have trained with them LOVE them and buy when they go out on their own. Stacey at customer service is second to none.

I have known the Romanis for years through attending grooming seminars, and they even "borrowed" my standard poodle, Amber, one year at the Kansas City seminar to demonstrate the ClipperVac and their dryers. Their equipment is wonderful as is their knowledge and customer service.

Awesome service,had my equipment done in a few hours.
