The owners r wonderful! Very helpful and can't go wrong with the prices and inventory! Always one of my stops when in Indiana!

The smell isn't great, but pretty much typical for a small mom & pop pet shop. Some of the tanks look good, others definitely not so much. The snakes definitely need bigger water bowls. But above all else, the parrots need to be cleaned. There is a blue and gold macaw and an African grey parrot, and their cages, perches, etc., are ENCRUSTED with filth. This isn't, oh, we were busy and didn't get a chance to clean them today. This is at least weeks or even months of dirt and grime and spoiled food and droppings. Won't be back.

Great customer service. And the crickets I get for my chameleon don't die.

I got 2 cockateils from there and it's really good
