Why have a maintenance log if the restroom is neglected? Unreal that these are the conditions of a single restroom stall in the store, while more than 5 employees are just walking around doing basically nothing.

The store service and stock is good. My issue is I have not been able to make an online order for pick up despite two service tickets being submitted by customer service. My payment is processed successfully then Petco immediately refunds it. No help in sight going into month 3 on this issue.

Staff is always so very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They continue to price match which is perfect. They no longer stack app discounts with the membership, so there were a couple of times that Amazon was cheaper. As long as it’s affordable then I will continue to shop here because I much prefer the personal touch and human interaction.

We take Panda here for grooming and he struts out like a tiny celebrity every time. They can be a little shorthanded now and then, but the staff is always friendly and clearly loves the pets. Worth it for Panda’s glow-up.

The management and staff at Petco Hawaii Kai store are very friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to pick up my online orders and shop at the store. Highly recommend the Hawaii Kai store for all the needs for your fur family.
