Dr. Sakamoto and Jeramy are truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my cat was in the best possible hands. Dr. Sakamoto is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Jeramy was just as wonderful - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The communication throughout the entire visit was outstanding. They not only cared for my cat with such compassion, but they also made sure I felt supported and understood every step of the way. You can tell they both truly love what they do. I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. Sakamoto and the Aina Haina Veterinary Clinic.

We had such a wonderful experience at Aina Haina Veterinary. We brought in both of our senior cats and were genuinely impressed by how thorough, considerate, and loving the entire team was. We never felt rushed, which is so important, especially with older pets who need extra care and attention. When the lab results came in, the doctor personally called me and spent about 30 minutes on the phone walking through everything in detail. They consistently checked in to make sure I understood and asked if I had any questions, which made the whole experience feel incredibly supportive and reassuring. We have been to many veterinary clinics across Oahu trying to find the right fit for our senior kitties, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Truly compassionate, patient, and thoug

So glad I chose Aina Haina Vet to take my cat to!! Everyone I encountered was very kind! The office was pristinely clean and they only take a few patients at a time so the waiting room was not crowded at all and my girl was no stressed. No waiting at all, they were extremely prompt at every point, we were in and out in 30 minutes but never felt rushed at all. Our tech Kaelyn was very sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Onuma was amazing, both very sweet and my very anxious cat was very comfortable with them so you know they had a good energy! They also had my cats name on a board in the room which I thought was so cute and shows they truly care about each appointment not just getting you in and out. Definitely going to become our regular vet clinic!!!

Everyone is kind and welcoming. Mei and Dr. Onaga were so attentive to Kai and listened to al we had to say. Dr. Onaga gave us options as well as being mindful of cost. We really like coming to Aina Haina Vet Clinic.

All the staff were very friendly and very efficient. I got to my appointment 10 minutes late but as soon as I walked in everything was ready for us. They handled my cats very well! The cats felt comfortable enough to roam the room even while the tech and doctor were with us. Doctor Sakamoto was very friendly and very experienced with everything I needed for the cats! Definitely would bring my cats back!
