Petco

There's a sweet woman who is always very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I need to get something for my fish tank but I always forget to catch her name. Most recently she was able to get me the shrimp I wanted in a timely manner and shared her experience with owning them.

I took my dog to a get a groom there and come to find out. They did not do the anal glands on my dog and then I called back to talk to the manager on duty, and she said there was nothing that she could do for me.I had to give him a bath after bath and he smelt so bad when I picked him up and I highly recommend nobody take their dogs here, especially the groomer that I had and I will not be taking either one of my dogs here ever again and the manager on duty the night of October 19 said she cannot do anything for me so I guess I won’t be going into that store either to purchase anything and I will go to another pet store to get my dogs taken care of or buying anything from that store. They are hard to get in touch with trying to make an appointment with. They are rude when you go in the doo

Great petstore with such a different variety. A little pricier than some other stores, but has a great deal more quality food to choose from for dogs. The cat food selection is ok, but not as wide.

I've started coming here more often since they know how to take care of their animals better than PetSmart. I came here to get a betta fish for my son and I since PetSmart's betta fish look neglected or have passed away. Overall, I don't support bettas being in little cups. I wish Petco and PetSmart would both start bringing in tanks for the betta fish and putting the betta fish in 5 gallon tanks each. They would do a lot better if they would actually take proper care of their betta fish and putting them in proper filterd tanks for customers to purchase, especially customers with children who are trying to teach their children responsibility about taking care of animals.

I guess fish food/dog food is ok to get from there, everything else is dead or next to it. You get the vital care program and are told you can’t use your points that equal cash. Sad store.
