they did an AMAZING job taking care of my babyboy! they were gentle and you can tell that they truly care about the animals! my doggy has never smelled or looked so good :) you can also sit in the room with your dog if they need it (mine has separation anxiety and will scream/yelp if i’m not close by) they even give your fur baby a pup cup once they’re done taking care of it. but the best part is you can drink some beer or coffee while you wait!!! pretty good prices as well. 10/10 would recommend!

We visited Tails and Ales for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! I was able to enjoy some hot tea and quiet time reading while my pup was being groomed. Wendy was wonderful at putting my nervous dog at ease and did a great job on his groom! The atmosphere is so welcoming and we are looking forward to returning just to hang out and try different beverage options. Highly recommend!

Stopped by today and used the self groom option for all 3 of my dogs. The tubs were a great size, the water pressure was amazing (quick rinsing), and super helpful and friendly staff. I felt welcome and comfortable in the space. I think the way to go next time is make an appointment and have Wendy bathe the dogs while I enjoy a coffee or beer.

Always does a such a great job with his nails, best place to take your dog to get groomed. Always leaves so soft, clean, and he smells amazing. Come here if you want great people to take great care of your pet. Also this place has amazing coffee.

My first grooming experience so a bit nervous about the unknown. Mugsy and I were met at the door and welcomed. I instantly felt we were in the right place. Mugsy was loved and put at ease prior to the grooming. I was welcomed into the grooming area to observe the service. This was so helpful to be able to ask questions and find the best methods of maintaining a healthy and happy pup! Highly recommend this small business!! I scheduled our next visit while there!
