First visit and I am very happy with my choice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I have a service guide dog and they were very thorough of the things I needed to send back in to Leader Dog , my other dog grumbles a lot, but they didn’t let that bother them at all. If your looking for a good priced friendly place to trust in for your animals needs, well look no farther.

I am very grateful and totally recommend bringing your fur baby’s here!!!! Totally a reasonable priceee.. reception was absolutely amazing got me a same day walk in appointment for my baby that was limping. Totally will continue to bring my baby here! God bless all of them!

Best vet around here. All of our pets have gone for years, and we have quite a few pets. They’ve been very healthy and happy with the help of this vet clinic. They are so kind when my son tags along too, letting him play with the resident cat Monty! Recently our dog started having health issues and they did their best to help, but unfortunately she was just old and ready for heaven. She passed away 8 days ago. They handled her with love and care. Her urn is beautiful. Her paw prints done perfectly. The vial with her fur, an addition I didn’t expect but made my heart warm to still be able to see her beautiful fur. I’m happy to know my babygirl was taken care of by this vet clinic. They even signed and mailed a grievance card. Very caring and compassionate staff. Couldn’t recommend them anym

I moved to Hickory in 2024 and when I got my dog in 2025, I was looking for a vet. Thankfully, I have only had to visit Dr. Reames twice for my puppy, but both times she has been absolutely wonderful! You can tell she really cares about her patients and their parents. Im so glad I found her.

Firstly, Lady on the phone was nice but had no knowledge of pet insurances. Secondly, exam price was $30 higher than others I'd called, and the rest of the services I was looking into drive the price up over $100+ from others as well. Be informed folks, have a great day!!
