I stopped inside the store today and picked out a cat tree for my new kitty. She naturally enjoys corners, playing, and sitting up high, or in confined areas. So a 3 story tree was purrfect! The friendly and very strong staff member even carried the tree to my car - thank you!!! Once I brought home the new gift, I sat the kitty in the top shelf to acclimate her and she was so happy! I've seen her sit and play, jump, run, hide in the cubby, and she is on the top shelf now. I got her the fully carpeted tree with the big rectangular perch on top and a toy hanging in the middle above the cubby. She loves it so much! Well-worth the price! Staff members asked me unsolicited if I needed help and then notice my difficulty managing the new harness and the nice staff. Member offered to do it for me and was very helpful overall it was a great experience.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my recent grooming experience because I brought my dog in after being told he was only matted behind his ears, yet the groomer went ahead and shaved his entire body without ever asking for or receiving my permission. If I had been informed that a full shave was being considered, I would have discussed other options or made an informed decision myself, but that opportunity was completely taken away from me. My dog did not need to be shaved all over and especially since his coat is important for his comfort and protection. It feels careless and unprofessional to make such a major decision without consulting the owner first. I trusted the groomer to communicate clearly and respect my wishes, and that trust was broken by the lack of communication and
