Jimmy & the entire staff are the best. Jimmy is expertly knowledgeable on animal dietary supplements and food. It’s a joy to be to be a customer, we always receive great service. The store is consistently filled with warm fuzzy vibes & great products. It’s well assorted and they have a great customer reward system for shopping. My dog Baby Bop and I love dog supplies outlet!

Loved going there! The lady who assisted me was great and super knowledgeable. Also since my dog was just adopted me they gave me a lot of free gifts from canned dog food to treats! Great place if own a pet!

Wow, I'm so grateful for this expansion. Their locations offer a huge selection, fair policies, and you can catch a good deal here. I drive out of my way to be their customer I'll update the pic for this review after the grand opening party!!

Update: We went to get our pup's nails trimmed for free and it was performed by Bridget from the DSO Valley Verde location. We couldn't be happier that she is the trimmer at the Sunset location and will be there twice a week on Mondays and Fridays 10am-3:45pm (last walk-in time). We love this store more and more! Our family is so thrilled that a Dog Supplies Outlet opened up on Green Valley Pkwy. Mareesa and Ivan couldn't be more friendly and helpful, they both made me feel very welcome. Mareesa even brought my purchases to my car because of my injured foot (Thank you so much, again!). Such an excellent experience! The store has good parking and it's in a great location. DSOs are the only pet stores we go to for our pup. We highly recommend them.
