10/10 recommend! She’s amazing, such a sweet person! Marley loves her and always loves getting his haircuts from her from the day we first got him. She’s amazing at what she does. I asked for my puppy to have a teddy bear look and she killed it! My inspiration was the picture on the right, when I brought him to her he looked like the photo on the left. She topped my into, totally way more than I expected it would be, he came out looking like a brand new puppy. Absolutely adorable. Communicates really well, will listen to your concerns/wants, the doggies love her. Overall best experience ever.

My dog has been to several groomers and this is the first one she has not only been happy at, she came out of the experience in love with Tieona. We will definitely be back and telling every dog owner I know about her!

Tiona was awesome. Wyatt’s grooming was spot on. I will definitely be coming back. We just moved to Henderson from out of state and finding a groomer was a high priority. We found her👍. Thank you so much Tiona.

I moved to Henderson from North Idaho and my little Molly (Yorkie) is very finicky about groomers. There are not a lot of groomers Molly will take to. We have tried Petco, Petsmart, some home groomers and no luck, they all called and said Molly wasn’t cooperative. She is a 4lb dog mind you that doesn’t bit. I finally found one in Idaho that she really liked and that worked with her. Unfortunately due to a job relocation we had to move and I was worried about finding someone who would be able to groom my furbaby. I took a chance on Pupsters Spa and let me tell you she was amazing with Molly! I had scheduled her for a Friday afternoon but due to uncontrollable circumstances, a storm came in, the power went out and she couldn’t groom Molly. She was very apologetic and offered to squeeze Molly
