Petco

I had an excellent experience at Petco on 10/21/25 thanks to Mykayla! She went above and beyond—taking time out of her duties to explain how the water vacuums worked. She walked me through several options, clearly explained the differences, and even gave a live demonstration. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer care. Mykayla truly made my day and helped me make an informed future purchase. Great service all around!

Associates are friendly, available to assist, and very helpful. I do wish all the Purina Pro Plan were in the same aisle, but minor inconvenience compared to the quality service received. They have a great variety of items and are reasonably priced.

The reptiles are all super healthy and happy. Unlike competitors whose reptiles were sick and died on me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I go out of my way just to shop with you instead of the competition up the street

Enjoyed visit here, the place is more clean when we visited today unlike what I've read from other's reviews. We've been looking for common pleco and they don't have yet, and heater for 10 Gallons, we will definitely back when they have stock. But overall the place is pretty good though, they might have some out of stock, but you can call them before visiting or in their site or whatever. The fishes in aquarium are really pretty taken care of and talk to one of staff there that so friendly help us answer our question about fish and stuff we wanted to know.

I had a very positive experience at Petco in Hagerstown. Kristin Cole was very helpful when she offered to put together a large cat carrier for me that I would never have been able to figure out myself. I very much appreciated that and will be back to Petco soon. Mark Perman
