We bought a ball python with our daughter today and had the absolute best pet store experience we've ever had. Kian was especially helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with everything we needed. Will be coming back here in the future for all of our pet needs! Our new snake companion seems very healthy and well taken care of, and the employees provided records of feeding times and care. Thanks again so much!

All of the employees are super friendly and always there to help in any way. One of the employees even helped me carry out the the large heavy items I purchased, which you just don't see a lot of these days. Thanks for all of your hard work and all the time and care you all put in for caring for all the animals in the store and always asking about your customers pets as well! You are the best! I go to my local PetCo because it’s in a convenient location. But I think I’ll skip next time and go to the other local store. Employees are never personable. No one ever acknowledges my dog. And I don’t expect people to come running to us, and make a fuss. But when I get to check out and my dog expects a cookie, because that’s what prior visits to other locations has conditioned him to think, I hope someone would at least give him a pat on the head and say hi. Also, store is overpriced. When I said I could probably get an item cheaper at chewy, the employee took the item off the counter, tossed it behind her and said “yeah, probably.” I thought petco price matched? It was never offered, and given the employees demeanor, I didn’t even ask. I’ll go to choice pet next time.

This is where I bring my Pomeranian for grooming. They do a wonderful job. She has her anal glands cleaned, her paws clipped her fur trimmed and I have choices of different baths. They also offer teeth brushing . I usually get the oatmeal bath to keep her skin nice and moist. They do grooming in a good timely manner too. It’s only takes a few hours.. ..

First time shopping here and store was a disaster, stopped in the ladies room and it was disgusting, trash overflowing, nasty floor and there was some kind of pretty big rolling cart in the ladies room, pretty sure its a employees cart cause it had store items on it and price stickers among other things, the cart itself was also pretty nasty so it fit I guess in the ladies room. Also the employees there came off pretty miserable, I did go to Clinton next time and it was a lot better, cleaner and happier staff.
