Polly did an amazing job with Cooper. A 100 lb lab with lots of energy is no easy client. She took great care of my pup and he looked amazing.

Once you get in the groomers are great. However, for the second time in a row at the Ashburn store my appointment had to be rescheduled because of sickness or something else. This time it was rescheduled twice. If your schedule is flexible Great, but dont count on this store being able to honor their committments.

The person was able to accommodate me the same day! Did a great job bathing and making my dog’s fur look nice! Did not tip this time since price is overpriced but definitely next time, if I get the same person.

I cannot even begin to describe how kind and patient the stylist/groomer Shylo is! She’s absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend her enough. She made the whole experience so pleasant. We brought our dog in for nail trim and buff. The entire time her tail was wagging! Mind you she’s a rescue dog that was abused and has a broken leg. Shes fearful of getting groomed, especially nails clipped and has some separation anxiety. Shylo is the best groomer and from now on we will only be booking with her!

Dashea is very good with my puppy’s. She is gentle and professional. I I love to see my babies are comfortable with her.
