Petco Grooming

I arrived with my dog 17 minutes before his appointment time and was refused check-in until a groomer was available. The employee attending to me was not at all helpful. I was annoyed that no help was provided until the clock stuck 10 AM which was the actual appointment time. I would think Petco would appreciate customers who arrive a few minutes before the appointment to get checked-in rather than arriving last minute.

I take my elderly dog in to have his nails clipped every 4 to 5 weeks. He’s a big scaredy-cat, but they are so gentle with him. They do a great job of both cutting them and then grinding them down.

Alyssa is a wonderful groomer and my dog not only looks fantastic but isn’t afraid to be in her care. I recently recommended Alyssa to a friend and she’s very pleased too! Also the associate who checked us in and out was very pleasant and helpful

Took my dog here as a walk in for a nail trim. Christopher was able to help me ASAP, and took very good care of my little dog. I really appreciated that! Great Job 👍

Alyssa N is the best. My pooch loves her like crazy, and that's saying a lot. It's probably safe to say, if she ever leaves Petco, so will we.
