Petco Grooming

First and foremost, every interaction we have had with ANY groomer at the Petco in Pittsford has been incredible. Everyone is so welcoming and kind and it is easy to see they absolutely love animals. That being said, Alexis is our girl. Truly such a sweetheart, and my rescue pup adores her. Alexis takes such care and pride in her work - it shows with how she handles the dogs both verbally and physically. Our sweet pup looks so healthy and clean after. Alexis is just amazing. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Lemi Lou 💜

We've had Alexis cut and wash our Golden Doodle, Honey several times. She always looks fabulous when I pick her up. We highly recommend the Monroe Ave. PetCo and Alexis as your new Groomer!

This was my third time using the grooming service at the Pittsford Petco in Rochester, NY, since bringing my Cavapoo puppy home in late March 2024. The first visit was fine, it was her first grooming after receiving her vaccinations & although she was matted, she was returned with a low cut & some shaping to her face & tail. A couple months later, we returned with her coat in better condition, & although it was said that over an inch of fur was taken off, she did not look like much had been cut. Since her last grooming left her fur pretty long, she was needing an appointment sooner than previously. It was disappointing to see that there was no availability within a 3-week time frame as I had travel upcoming. For this reason, I booked her grooming for Friday, 8/16, following our return & by

I was able to get my dog in quickly. Groomer was excellent with him. She did a great job on his cut. Friendly service. I am so happy that grooming services are back at my local PetCo.

My dogs a pain, he’s a shiba so he’s loud, he screams and whines like he’s being murdered, this is the only place I’ve had tell me they’d like to see him back. I don’t go anywhere else to get him groomed. Is it more expensive than other places, sure, but a groomer (Sierra) that welcomes a difficult dog back and takes good care of him is worth the extra price.
