While everyone who works here is lovely and kind and very clearly loves dogs, the past couple grooming appointments have left my dog with hives and rashes that turned out to be a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. This has occurred with the regular groom and even the one with sensitive skin upgrades. It could just be that my dog can only tolerate prescription products, but the vet said these have been severe bacterial infections causing the bumps on her skin which is different than just temporary product irritation. If your dog can tolerate regular products and potential for some bacteria, then it may work great for you, but unfortunately, we can no longer come.
I love the way they make my Bella and I feel when we not only call for an appointment. But when we show up it’s like royalty. Can’t wait to see the Groome Squad for the holidays.
Joy is wonderful. I trust PETCO to groom my two elder dogs and my cat.
I just brought my 4 month old puppy in for a nail trim and Jessie was great to me and my dog. She was friendly and professional as well as so sweet with my pup. Thank you...we will definitely be back 🙂
Jessie was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I will be returning and requesting her for our Brooklyn .
