Petco Grooming

Not happy didnt do toe nails. She said that he would bite at her. Well then you put a muzzle on. Didnt do eats. Sometime it might take 2 people. If you let the dog win he will always do this. Payed for this it should have been done. Thank you Ron

I had a really bad first experience at Petco grooming. I took my miniature schnauzer and showed a picture of the teddy bear cut I wanted, but what he got was nothing close. They cut off all his hair and even his beard, which is such an important part of the breed’s look. The haircut was uneven, his ears weren’t even finished, and he didn’t come out smelling clean or fresh. On top of that, it was very expensive for such poor service. Definitely not what I expected and I will never return.

This will be the last time I ever use this location for my grooming needs. 1. When I walked in and was explaining my needs for my dogs grooming appointment I was met with attitude and annoyance from the 2/3 ladies in the area (except for the initial person I was scheduled with she had long brown hair and I believe wore glasses, thank you for being the only kind person in the room). I asked for my dog to be trimmed but had booked a “bath” (I did this because last time I used this location I was told to just book the bath and ask for a trim, because a “bath and haircut” was not a good choice for my dog do to her coat) I was told “we don’t cut dogs like that” with a eye roll and I explained I didn’t want her buzzed just a trim.
