Used the scheduling function on her website which only has the ability to schedule. She asked me to come in earlier because she said that time wasn't available and the scheduling function was only to provide cost and information, not to schedule. I tried to accommodate her schedule and was willing to come in earlier, but she would not accommodate a late pickup which is why I scheduled at the original time in the first place. No comments on her grooming services, but I wont be able to because of the horrible customer service so I definitely will not be coming here for any of my dog's needs.

The owner helped us find a joint pain supplement for my dog, who for the last couple of years has had constant pain and reduced movement. After using her recommended product for two weeks my dog regained his vigor and looked visibly out of pain. He hasn’t walked or ran like he does now in a while! Thank you

Great store with very good quality products for dogs and cats. I was able to get Dr. Harvey's for my dog and even got a medicated shampoo that did wonders for my recently rescued puppy's skin. I also got a few samples and suggestions from the owners who are a very kind family. Glad to finally have a good quality pet item store in this area.

Best place to get food for your pets you normally don't find in big retail pet stores. I also like how they have a rewards program that gives you a free bag of food for every 12 bags you buy. Will always buy my dog food here.
