Dr. Cavazos was very interested in finding a solution for Evie. She has been suffering from chronic ear infections for a while now and the doctor was very adamant in finding a solution to help her out long term. Dr. Trevino is also always such a great help with my other 2 babies Peppa and Millie. She’s been very devoted in their medical care and is working alongside a great team to help find out why they keep getting bladder stones. Thank you all staff for always being friendly!

All of the doctors and all of the Staff are just Totally amazing… They take time with your pets. They are very thorough… And, I can’t say enough about the employees at the front desk… They are also totally amazing… I would not take my fur babies anywhere but.. to Mission Veterinary Hospital❤️🐾❤️

Horrible receptionist. Tried calling for a quick simple question if they treated chickens as mine was in a crucial state. Said if it’s not an emergency I’d be put on hold. Was on hold for 6 minutes, they hung up. Then I called back, said if it’s not an emergency I’d be put on hold, I said I already was on hold and they hung up on me, she said “uh, okay” and put me on hold again and hung up AGAIN. Called once more and said I’d be put on hold I said “dude I just have a quick question, do yall see chickens” she said no. Wasted my time when all I had was a simple question. Train your receptionist better please.

They assign you a doctor and even if others come after you, if the assigned doctor is behind, you get seen whenever your doctor becomes available. They need to tell you that, after sitting around for an hour someone who just showed up gets to be seen before you. Not cool. Had I known that I plan differently 😌

I took my cat to get nails trimmed at 10 a.m. An hour later I asked where my cat was so they went to check. A few minutes later they brought me my cat and was told that she was too vicious to handle. To me they do not know how to handle animals period. I been bringing my cat there since the pandemic and have never really been satisfied with this establishment. They do not know simple procedures and they take forever for everything. Also they refused to take my other sick cat during the pandemic and it died. This place will take your $ with a smile
