This Pomeranian grooming salon is the worst. I don't recommend it at all. I give them a 0. They don't know how to style their coat. They told me my dog ​​had so many knots, which is a lie. He's a beautiful dog. I'll post pictures so you can see what they did to him. Besides, the price is way too high—115 for this! And the claim that I asked for this is a lie. I asked for a "bear cut," not this. They also charged me extra for shampoo to prevent shedding, but they didn't even leave my Pomeranian with any hair. 😌

Took my dog here to get groomed today and this is the WORST groom he has ever gotten. His body is fine, but his head and chest are absolutely botched. I requested a German cut for my poodle and provided a photo guideline for how to complete it that I’ve shown to other groomers with no issue. This time however, one side of his neck is shaved, his ears are shaved but not around the edges, he was cut on his privates, and his legs are all different lengths. When picking him up he was not brushed out and I was informed to “come back if I wasn’t satisfied free of charge”. I appreciate the groomer trying to fix it, but honestly it just came off as though she knew she messed up but didn’t want to admit it.

We have a three month old puppy, and this was his first grooming. It wasn’t a full groom, but more of a puppy orientation groom.

Stylist was so busy that ended up after the promised hour and did not complete everything that was asked such as clipping nails, only drimmeled a bit down. My dog had some matted hair that I asked to be removed by cutting hair but I suspect stylist was so tired after a long day that went through my dog hair without much care as my doggie came out shivering and crying after session.
