Petco Grooming

We took all 3 of our dogs to Petco in Highland Village this past week or so for full grooming. First time users with Petco. The women working the pet grooming department were friendly and gave great ideas as to what they could and couldn't do. We have 2 Standard female poodles and 1 golden doodle female pup. They did an awesome job on all 3! We are well pleased with the dogs looks and will definitely return for more service.

They were nice and had friendly customer service but did not take very good care of my dog. I bought an $80 bath with an upgrade package and my dog didn’t smell as good as she usually does after the basic baths at any other location. She didnt have any paw balm on her paws which is what I primarily bought the upgrade for, and they finished her entire routine in UNDER AN HOUR!!! (It takes 2, sometimes 3 hours usually at any other petco I’ve visited with my pup) they completely rushed it and forgot the most important parts of which I paid good money to upgrade to! Did a good job on her teeth brushing but other than that, would not go back. One of the girls handling my pup very nervous approaching some of the other dogs as well. Didn’t seem like she should be working there

I have two beautiful long-haired Chihuahua's. Both had multiple years long-hair growth. One groomer was assigned to each dog. I gave explicit instructions that their long hair was NOT to be cut. The groomers both ignored my instructions, and cut their haunches-hair and long tail-hair anyway. Those two groomers will never work on my dogs in the future, as they are both now "blacklisted". The bathing and nail trimming was satisfactory.

Chelsea is an amazing stylist! She did my fur baby’s cut so well and the little green bow she added was the cutest! She truly listened to what I was looking for and executed it well. I highly recommend booking with her.

The groomers are always patient and friendly . It's the only place I take my Chihuahua fur baby for baths and grooming!
