Petco Grooming

We have used Petco grooming services at other locations, but the Great Barrington branch is our favorite so far! Such nice, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They are patient and kind and truly love animals, our yellow lab was very well taken care of for his bath, brush, and nail service. Highly recommend!

Annie did a great job with my 7 month old cocker spaniel, I showed her a photo of how I like her cut and got exactly what I asked for- she’s so patient with my pup who’s still overwhelmed by the hectic world around her. We will definitely be back!

Don’t go to the grooming salon. I had an 8:15 AM appointment this morning and there is no one there and I did not get a message of cancellation and I drove 20 minutes in the rain. I understand there are emergencies, but I left my email address and could have been told of the cancellation. No one picks up on the grooming salon phone. This is why I order pet supplies from chewy because these chain stores are not reliable or well-managed.
