this is a truly special practice...from the moment you walk through the doors, friendly staff, comfortable environment, and WONDERFUL, caring Vet, Dr. Newman is very unique! She is professional, intuitive, and we are so lucky to have found her for our fur babies!

I called this facility because my dog had eaten chicken bones. Because I wasn't a client and visiting from South Carolina they told me that they would give me no help or information over the phone. I think that this facility is absolutely atrocious for treating a concerned pet owner in that manner. I would give them zero Stars if that was an option!!!! I used to bring my animals there when I lived here and what a shame because Claire and Don Gulick(previous owners) were AMAZING and would never have treated someone in that manner!!

Excellent. Informative, innovative, empathetic, patient, kind. I was an inexperienced dog person who adopted a mid-life rottweiler. Things could have gone awry in about a hundred ways, but with Bilmar's common-sense integrative approach, we ended up with a happy and healthy family pet. The operation is classy soup to nuts, and I have special appreciation for Dr. Newman, Dr. Caine, Nataly, Shelby and Isa.

They are very caring and gentle with my dogs. Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable.

Kind people. They Understand the love you have for your four legged kids and Help you make the best decision for the whole family. Zeke is feeling a lot better now.
