Petco Grooming

We had a great experience with our new puppy, Ozzy. Rita was very knowledgeable and helpful. She communicated potential barriers, and worked thru them. Hopefully Ozzy does better with each visit.

Marquita is the best. She always does a wonderful job. All Petco staff are friendly and helpful.

I paid $78 base plus $24 for nails and teeth brush package and then a $5 service fee 🙄 and then I felt like I had to tip....so $118 out the door and my dog (Ausiedoodle) is shaved super low like a no guard and has an uneven head. And the groomer I scheduled with wasn't the one who even groomed her. I don’t mind the super low shave even though I thought I asked for a little longer, it’s the uneven trimming of her head and face that is upsetting. I tried this place out because it’s around the corner from my house but I won’t be bringing my doodles back.

We booked a grooming appointment for our golden retriever. As soon as my husband dropped him off the groomer Michelle was already clearly hesitant and unhappy about having to groom him. Almost didn’t take him in because he was nervous and sitting down (while getting groomed he has ALWAYS done well and never had a problem). He swims frequently and therefore sometimes has matted fur in some locations on his body- we have taken him to the Clovis location many times with WORSE matting than he has today and they spot shave where they need to and then just give him an outline trim. We happily pay extra for dematting services. She was so rude my husband hesitated leaving our dog with her.
