Today was our first visit to have our English Bulldog bathed, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable, almost like we were at home. The facilities were clean and well-equipped, and everything went smoothly—from the wash stations to the blow dryers and products provided. The pricing was also very reasonable. At only $18 to wash our medium sized dog, the value was excellent and much better than we anticipated. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning regularly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and friendly place to bathe their dog.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! First time customer today and Shayla and I will definitely be returning! They have leads attached to the baths, so your doggy isn’t trying to run and escape constantly during bath time! They also have shampoo and conditioner available for use (shed control and oatmeal/skin soothing). I recommend bringing your own shampoo, as the shampoo provided is a bit watery and you have to use a lot to get a good lather going. I brought my own flea shampoo, but the shed shampoo being available was a bonus I took advantage of as well! The conditioner provided is decent! They also have a table where you can brush your dog, which came in very handy for me. I also appreciate the fact there isn’t a time limit on your wash. You are gone and will never be forgotten. Super clean, managed well, self pet wash. They also have pet grooming when a place opens in the schedule. Excellent customer service with an incredible supply of shampoos and conditioners along with towels to wash and dry your pet. The water temperature and blow dryers are not as loud as other places I have been to. There are easy steps to get up into the wash tubs. Which is a game changer for me. By far the best self-grooming pet wash in the area. Staff are always so kind and knowledgeable with pet grooming. The place offers a great variety of grooming tools and shampoo, tubs are also always clean. They offer a great selection of natural treats for purchase - my dog loves the herring there!
