We have been using Petco for about 10 years. Super disappointed this trip. Cut was fine—a little messy on his chest with uncut hairs. His nails were the big problem. We pay extra for the cut and buff. Not only were some nails not cut at all but none were buffed. I contacted customer service with pictures and was told I would receive a response within 24-48 hours, it has now been 7 days without a reply from management.
Nicole who takes care of my dog Gracie is fabulous . Always has a smile and kind words. We were told to find another Petco to take Gracie to from the Mansfield Grooming at Petco which didn’t even discuss it with me! And I love the Mansfield store the people are great, the trainer is great and that is where my Vet is, Dr. Ash who is the best ever as well as the entire dept. everyone ln the vet Hospital that work in the Vet part It was sad they didn’t give Gracie a chance like Nicole did and does! 0ne time she couldn’t finish and she said we can finish the following week. So Kudos to Nicole in the Foxboro Petco in Foxboro MA. I even went back to the Mansfield Grooming Petco and commented on how I was told and to mention that I didn’t blame them because the dogs there were all calm B
Jenny is amazing with both of our dogs. Our dogs are so happy when they see her and always leave looking amazing and happy.
Nichole did an excellent job with my puppy’s first full groom. He looks just like the reference photo I showed her!
Our dog groomer was great with our dog. He was very over due for a grooming and they went above and beyond
