After many years of being unsatisfied with several groomers, we’re blessed to have found Ron. He is kind, patient and welcoming to our dog Coco. Additionally, his price is very reasonable compared to prior experience. There is nothing better than a well groomed dog! 🐶

I’ve been seeing Ron to groom my small pup for a little while now, this was my fourth time. I asked for a trim, since we’re traveling for Christmas and I wanted to minimize shedding… which I regret. I came back in to find a frantic dog (she does tend to be anxious as small dogs are) and Ron said something happened and showed me a horrifying area around one side under her hip. I was told that she jumped during the trim and she was cut. The whole area was dark and bloody and I soon realized he had used styptic powder to try and stop the bleeding instead of cleaning and treating the cuts. He even applied even more before I left. I was just in shock and I didn’t know what was happening and paid and took my dog home. The treatment was so dark and hardened I really had no idea how bad the injury

I’m horrified at the experience I had at this groomer my puppy had longer patches of hair and not groomed the way I wanted him to be. Pictured are before and after! They still charged full price for this botched job I will not be returning.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG/CAT TO HAPPY PAWS SALON!!!! Ron ruined my golden retriever. He cut all his beautiful feathers off and clipped his nails too short. His fur is so uneven, looks like a little kid took scissors to him. My dog has a cut in his ear and a cut on his nose. I was in SHOCK when Ron brought my dog out after being there for over 4 hours. I think Ron is terrible at grooming and lied about giving my dog a trim, he full on hacked at my dog’s coat. He does not know the breeds standards and is careless and reckless with your beloved pet.

My 2 year old dog, Hickory, suffers with separation anxiety. Ron, the groomer, has all the things we look for in a groomer after having bad experiences with prior grooming salons. We are now 2 years going to Happy Paws and all we can say is they are fantastic and we would HIGHLY recommend!
