Vanessa G was very informative and professional throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. Noxe absolutely loved her! We truly appreciate the care and kindness she showed.
The didn't inform me that all of their parakeet's wings are clipped, so they cannot fly, even when I told the nice young sales person that my other parakeet flew freely around in my studio all day. Did she think the one I bought would just hop around the floor alone?! I had to drive all the way back from South Oakland to return him! A waste of time and effort!
We love Vanessa at the El Cerrito Petco! My pup Jay J (medium Goldendoodle) is excited to see her (and all of the wonderful grooming staff) every time! She takes great care of him and I always feel comfortable leaving him in her care. And he always looks great and smells so good after!
Anna always takes the best care of our tiny pup! He is clean as a whistle and looking sharp.
I love the way Vanessa takes care of my boo boo (Wagner).
