I use to really love the grooming here. The person I use to use left and I haven’t been happy. Last grooming my female took 4 hours (she is 6 pounds) and she had a few toenails missed. She was traumatized and had never had an issue before. This time I took my male. Both are mini schnauzers. His face is crooked and it is a darker stripe that was cut short on one side and not the other. His poor little butt is very pink so I believe cut to short and close to his privates. It was an earned free clean to so I feel like I gave away my free one!
Friendly, fast and not expensive! My puppy loves people and loves being acknowledged even more. When I dropped her off, they said hi and played with her while checking and listening to my requests. Thank you
Brenda was simply great! She cut the hair on both of my dogs and their hair is even with no noticeable lines! Great experience!
Took my doodle, Theodore, to be groomed with Robert. He did a phenomenal job! I can tell he loves the dogs and treats them with great care. Already booked Theodore’s next grooming session with Robert again 😊
Christina did an excellent job. She was also very friendly and handled my dog with care!
