I was very happy with Petco employee very helpful and respectful. I went there for my puppies first shot series It definitely was affordable as they have different packages. I gotten the best one and it's for all her shots for 6 months.I wasn't aware that I wasn't able to go in the room with my furbaby I truly didn't like that part. I will be addressing that for sure for my next visit. The price at Petco for pet products is high for sure .I was very surprised at the prices. It was definitely clean for sure. I will recommend the Vaccination clinic for sure as that was affordable. I'm also getting pet insurance to help cover cost and to get reimbursed for sure.

Always an awesome experience from the time i walk through the door staff always greets me and will assist and answer any questions i have no matter how many ??? I ask always a positive attitude and some good laughs shout out to the manager i believe sam is her name and christian .But all the staff is truly amazing keep up the good work .

The employee who helped me is a real asset to your store. I received good sound advice. The bag of your Petco brand dry cat food and advice she gave was very much worth the visit. Now we wait to see if I can find additional ways to get him to accept dry food into his diet. So far no success but it’s early yet.

Our hermit crabs love the 10 gallon tank we got it half price at Petco. The two betas we got are really enjoying the new home with us! You had what we wanted, at a decent price, and we certainly will be back again as our home grows larger and more complex with more pets and children and just LIfe!

I had a concerning experience at this Petco location. I brought my dog in for grooming, but the groomer’s attitude and behavior made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy about leaving my dog there. Because of that, I decided to take my dog back and not proceed with the appointment, since I did not feel it was safe to leave him in that situation. I reported the issue to the store, and I was told that they would look into it, but it has not been resolved so far. I did want to add that I later found a groomer in Galloway who was kind, professional, and made both me and my dog feel comfortable, which confirmed that my concern was valid and that a better experience is possible. I am sharing this so other pet owners are aware and so the store can hopefully improve consistency in customer service
