Our Groomer Bailey was awesome. My dogs liked him. We will be back to him in the future for sure.

FYI, not senior/special needs pupper friendly. I’ve taken my 2 small dogs here for grooming/nail service a few times over the past 6 months since our independent groomer permanently closed and thought they did a decent job. Today, I took my senior pup who is on prescription meds 2x per day for a vet-supervised heart condition in for his appointment. There was an employee I hadn’t seen before working and I immediately got a feeling they weren’t willing to service him for whatever reason. Eventually, they asked if he had taken any supplements/meds and I let them know about the prescriptions he takes. I was informed that dogs cannot be on prescription meds when they are groomed, over the counter supplements only and that I would need to bring him back in 24 hours when they were out of his sys

I’m very unhappy with her cut she looks bad and I paid a lot of money. It is absolutely nothing like her last cut and her head looks horrible. Just makes me sad. Her ears her face left with no brows and look at her tail cut 2 inches more than needed looks like she has a fox tail. First photo before second two after

Zoey is amazing, she always takes special care of my babies. She treats them as her own, they are so excited to see her.

Olivia takes great pride in her work and reassuring my dog’s anxiety, takes the extra time as needed. She recognized Slinky’s first time nail grinding was stressing him and asked us to bring back a different time to finish last paw, which helped a lot. Male check out clerk told me about and helped me set up my rewards account and was very patient with me. Great experience!
