Dr. Nelson was nothing short of a saint. Our 16 week puppy and my girlfriend was attacked at the dog park, never have I felt so confident in someone’s ability to take care of something so dear to me. His compassion and level of knowledge was absolutely astounding. It was such a blessing we found his clinic as many other locals assured us his clinic was the best our area had to offer. If you’re looking for the vet. Stop looking. This is the best you’re going to find.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. Dr. Nelson is truly an incredible veterinarian. He is so genuine and gives amazing care. Our dog was attacked and we came here right after. He immediately go us in and checked on our pup. You could tell he truly cared and did what he would have done for his own dog. He made sure we understood everything going on and provided so much comfort and compassion. He even called later that night to see how our dog was doing. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. The entire staff was so amazing and compassionate. Some of the most genuine people. I am beyond grateful.

A Final Tribute and Heartfelt Thanks It’s taken me over a year to write this review. Tigger was a bit of a local celebrity in our neighborhood. Many of my neighbors loved the fact that he was a cat with attitude—a cat who thought he was a dog, greeting children at the school bus stop, earning me the title of ‘Tigger’s Mom.’ It was our first visit to the Goosetown Animal Clinic and Dr. Nelson was amazing. He'd only just met us and somehow handled this difficult situation with sincere empathy and professional honesty. He was very kind about my 17 year old cat reaching the end of his long life and provided the clarity I needed to make the unthinkable decision I had to make that day. Goosetown Veterinary Clinic is wonderful. The staff is professional, patient, and incredibly kind, especially with my nervous cat and dog.
