Love our Batavia Petco grooming crew! My pups stay clean and fresh for a long time, which I love. That means lots more hugs and snuggles 🥰

Stopped in for a nail trim for my dog. The staff was very professional, accommodating and quick! I just wish they were able to do hair cut at this location.

Luna had an exceptionally wonderful experience! It was her first birthday and the team treated her like a queen!

used to be great but all the really good groomers quit. our dog has recently become scared of his own harness after being set up with yet another new groomer and we believe it is related. last three appointments had to be rescheduled. usually dont mind but this weekend was a big event and i wanted my dog to look nice for photos. completely screwed up our schedule trying to find and book another groomer. i do not think we will be returning to the groomers at this location. leaving this review as hopefully a wakeup call.

Zala is a fantastic groomer. She handles our dog very well and he seems to really like her. She does a great job filing his nails down and he looks like a fresh new dog every time he has an appointment with her. It’s easy to schedule his appointments and the cost is truly great, roughly $60 for everything we have done. Can’t recommend enough.
