CountryMax - Batavia

I will always rate Country Max 5 stars. As someone who travels and buys online a lot, I can say there prices are unbeatable. I would definitely recommend CountryMax for all pet needs. Staff is usually very young but knowledgeable and friendly.

Waited and walked around entire store for 30 minutes looking for an employee to service me for a dozen crickets. Ended up just leaving, employees service is always rude anyways. I’ll be going somewhere else now on everytime i wait a substantial amount of timefor service

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday with a small animal meet and greet at the Batavia country max and what a great experience we had! The staff were very knowledgeable and were great with the kids! The kids loved the animals and the goody bags were appreciated! Thank you County Max Batavia!

We are fortunate to have this store in Batavia. Not only is it easily accessible, any/every thing you might need is available. This store has a large store inventory, with a small town atmosphere. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help you with your quest. No noticeable turnover of staff—and that speaks volumes! Thank you!

This single gouldien finch was all alone in its cage. This is not ok. Gouldien finches are not solitary creatures and should not be alone. Being alone is very harmful on there physical and mental health it looked severely depressed. I will not be going here again. Along with this the employees were unhelpful and not professional at all before and after i brought this to there attention.
