Petco Grooming

Went in for a nail trim and buff. Staff were nice and all, but her nails were left so long and sharp that we basically have to get them cut again.

Miranda was lovely and did a great job with my dog. She is kind and nice to the animals, and very knowledgeable in pet cuts.

Takiya is amazing with Romeo. He’s been with her since, he was 5 months old. He will be 5 in a couple weeks. She’s the best! Love her!

Hit or miss on walk in service for dog nail trim. Website says walk in only, no appointments for nails. Multiple visits to get service. Then told to make appointment, then told no appointments, groomers not working certain days but yet vary. No guarantees to receive walk-in service. Took two phone calls and three in person attempts for a 8 minute nail trim.

As a consumer, we are required to schedule an appointment time, which I did several weeks in advance. I showed up on time and was told it would be about 1 to 2 hours before my dog would be finished. Three hours went by and I heard nothing so I stopped in. I didn't see my dog in the grooming area so I asked the gentleman working. He said another gal (Kaitlyn, I believe) was who was working on my dog. Then I see her coming out of the back room with my dog in hand and he had just gotten out of the bath. I was advised it would be at least another 2 to 3 hours. Of course, I was pretty upset because this ruined my entire day. What's the point of scheduling and being told a timeframe if it's not going to be honored. I understand they were overbooked and understaffed, but that is not my issue. I
