Great experience. I’m not someone that does reviews, but I thought it was a must to speak about my experience that I had. I brought my dog Jasper in to get vaccinated and from the beginning the young lady that helped us Valencia was amazing. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I really appreciated this especially because I move slow and needed some assistance with Jasper. I highly recommend going here.

Great experience. The technician Balencia was thorough and very kind. My cat does not liked to be touched and Balencia was more than accommodating to his needs.

I just visited there today at 11:30 am to pick up my pet clippers and the cashier was very rude. There was an older woman ahead of me in line buying something. She couldn’t hear very well so the cashier had to raise her voice. Immediately after raising her voice, the cashier looked at me and gave me a look like she was annoyed with the old woman. The old woman wasn’t being rude at all, she was actually very excited about her purchase and even mentioned it to her own dog. After she left, I went up to the same cashier and she asked me what I was there for. I told her I was picking up some clippers I had ordered online last night. The cashier then said, “Of course you are.” And I was confused by that. I didn’t understand what that meant? She was clearly in a bad mood but I couldn’t understand

Met with a groomer prior to them taking my dog back to discuss the cut we desired. I asked to keep the length of her fur but clean up the ears, rear, tail, belly and flyaways. Almost 4 hours later…I come back to see my golden/corgi mix shaved. Straight up shaved. Certainly not what I asked for and not worth almost 4 hours of time. Too bad I left the groomer a tip before seeing the work.Our first time at Petco will be our last.

My dog usually gets scared during nail trims, but when we come to the Petco in Apple Valley she is calm and relaxed. The staff is very patient, kind, and clearly experienced with nervous pets. The nail trim service is quick and efficient, and we are always treated with care. Everyone is friendly and professional, which makes a big difference for both my dog and me. This is the only place I trust for her nail trims, and I highly recommend it.
