East Valley Animal Clinic

We are so grateful for this vet clinic and the care they’ve given our cat. From helping him recover from a broken leg to guiding us through all of those first-year visits, every experience has been positive. The entire team is calm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make us feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Their understanding and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly couldn’t have asked for better care.

I’ve been using this clinic for about 9 years and highly recommend it! I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, 1 who’s diabetic, and truly believe they get the best care possible here. We recently saw Dr. Olson for the first time and my shy cat liked her so much she started to purr during her annual checkup. The vets are always very knowledgeable, thorough and really care about all my fur babies!

East Valley Animal Clinic has been great! When I moved here, my parents recommended them, and I have been very happy. They treated both my pups with respect and love, and my pups loved going to the vet. They provided great end-of-life care/support when a decision had to be made, and the staff was super kind and respectful during the goodbye and afterwards. When I get a new lil buddy I will be bring them here!

This review is long overdue. On October 14, 2025, at approximately 5:40 PM, I arrived late to my appointment but called ahead to notify the front desk. When I arrived, there were two women at the front desk—one younger and one older. The older staff member checked me in and was extremely rude in her approach. She even whispered—loud enough for me to hear—that people like me who arrive late should not be allowed in. I was completely taken aback by this comment and chose to ignore it in the moment. I have been a patient at East Valley for many years, and this interaction alone is the reason I will not be returning. We have made the commute for years, but I no longer feel comfortable or trust a facility that allows staff to treat patients this way.

The staff at East Valley Animal Clinic is amazing. They have been our vet clinic for all three of the dogs we have had and they are always gentle, kind, and care for our pets almost as much as we do. I would highly recommend them for taking care of your furry kids!
