I just left the store having spent $32 less than I would have if the two employees lolly gagging in the fish section would have at least acknowledged me, let alone asked me if they could help me. Perhaps my money will be appreciated somewhere else. 🤷‍♂️

⭐ 1 Star Hands down, this is the worst Petco location I have ever been to. I will never come back here again, and I want other customers to know exactly what they’re walking into. The staff at this store are rude, unprofessional, and act like they couldn’t care less about helping anyone. It honestly feels like the place is being run by a bunch of kids who have no business working in customer service. Every single time I come here, there’s a problem with my Vital Care account. Every time. I end up spending way too long at the register trying to get something fixed that should’ve been handled properly the first time. Usually, there are one or two employees who actually know what they’re doing and are kind. But the rest? Rude attitudes, no respect, and zero effort to actually help customers.

First: if you try to get there from Hogan Rd, it's hard to see the turn. It's easier to see from Burnside. It's tricky simply because the streets go at angles and the Petco signs aren't visible from certain directions. They had plenty of parking spots when we went. Also, there is only one entrance to the store itself it's the one on the inside, not the door facing Burnside. When we went it wasn't too busy and there were quite a few staff. We only went to get a specific kind of dog food. My husband thought it was expensive (he usually buys it at other stores for a cheaper price.) We were able to find what we needed, it was a bit more costly than if we had gone to Walmart or WinCo, but WinCo doesn't always have it. I did not recieve membership discount at register . I was told its not automatic to do that. Thankfully I requested a receipt and noticed. The receipt makes it very difficult to read actual price recieved. Upon requesting and returning with receipt I was not issued the full amount due. I received 12 dollars and some odd cent back when it should have been 15 and some change. I am canceling my membership because it appears employees are trained to scam members out of there discounts.
