We picked up our dog after a 4 night stay. We noticed multiple scratches as well as a cut by her eye. These people will not pick up the phone at the front desk, and even though we told them to keep her separate from other dogs, they did not listen. Would definitely recommend somewhere else.

First and foremost, I clearly told the staff about my dog’s food allergies and provided his food and treats. When I went to pick him up, he was covered in hives and missing fur. Obviously the staff didn’t give him the food I brought in. Secondly, this place is WAY too expensive for the level of care they provide. Find somewhere else to board your pet, my dog will never stay here again.

We have used Countryside often for daycare and boarding for Snoopy since he was a puppy. The staff have gotten to know our family and Snoopy well over the last 2 1/2 years. We use Countryside for maintaining good socialization as well. Snoop is always happy when we go check in, and the staff always have a detailed report of how is day went when I pick him up. We recommend Countryside!

Finding this place, so close to home, and so caring for the pets, has been a blessing. Our pup Bowie was a bit hesitant about day stays at first, but they (the numerous very helpful and compassionate employees) assured us he would warm up, and boy has he. He went from needing to be carried from the car, to now barely containing his excitement coming down the driveway for the all day fun with his dog friends. He's made soooo many, and we see video of his play with his buddies, and just love seeing him have fun with his bigger bros. Then when he comes home, it's lights out all night!

We had an awful experience. I left my dogs there from Wednesday to Sunday. When I got there to pick up my dogs, my English Bulldog was brought out with his leash around his neck. He smelled awful. All I could smell was pee. His eye has a hole in it. An ulcer (that he did not have before his stay I have pics of him that morning and it shows his eye was fine). The hole goes down to the lowest layer of tissue. He lost all vision from the injury/infection. It's going to be an 8 week recovery. I have to take him back to the ophthalmologist to see if his eye is healing or if he will have to have surgery. There is a chance he will lose his eye. I emailed Countryside to see what their policy is and why they didn't contact me or our emergency contact and they said they didn't see a problem
