Petco

My dog ​​had two grooming sessions here, and unfortunately, I was dissatisfied both times. They didn't fix her hair，only using scissors to cut it. They even cut her nails so short that they drew blood. The pictures below show the difference between the grooming she received at another Petco and the grooming she received at this store. She looks terrible, and they didn't even clean her teeth properly.

I'm really, really disappointed. I've never encountered such a thing before. I'm from a small city in Kansas called Hutchinson. The Petco there is so much better than this one. I have no idea where you got your groomer training from. Do you really think the style you created looks good? Also, do you even know where the bloodline is on a pet's nails? Why did you cut it and make it bleed? It's just too much. The first time I came here for a trim, it was ugly. The second time, it was even uglier and it bled. It's just so unprofessional. You're not even as good as my ninety-year-old grandma at making it.

I wish i could have given negative stars. I have been visiting this store for last 7 year or more. From last 2years the Quality and cleanliness is getting worse day by day. For last one year I have seen very bad and have given prompt feedback to store people and today I even talked to store manager. Nil the store manager. I have talked to him, given prompt feedback on the fish section. His response was very bad. This is all we can do with our staff and you can't expect everything to be perfect. This was his feedback. Very dirty and very below safety standards. I'm attached the picture for reference. Always No one will be in the fish section and every time I have to wait at least 15 to 20mins for a representative to come and attend. Tanks are always dirty all the below doors will be open. V

Wow!! Jessica is awesome!! Our 4 year old black Goldendoodle has been groomed mostly by the same groomer since she was a puppy in Florida. Moving here was a big deal to find the right match. We found Jessica by recommendation and we love her! She listened to exactly what we wanted and she did it! Thank you Jessica. You’re stuck with us!

We always have a great experience with Petco Grooming! They consistently do a wonderful job, and our fur baby always comes home looking and feeling great. Special shoutout to Jessica S, who did an amazing job on our latest visit. She not only gave a perfect groom but also took the time to share some really helpful tips for managing itchy skin and yeast issues at home. Her care and knowledge really stood out! Highly recommend!
