I took my Corgi to the grooming service at Petco. Greenville, NC, and it was a terrible experience. They shaved her backside without my permission or even informing me, and when I picked her up, no one explained anything. Before seeing her, I was asked to pay for the service and even left a tip, but it wasn’t until after paying that they brought Gigi out and I saw the result. The job they did looks like a joke — careless and unprofessional. Despite the mistake, no one offered any compensation or solution, and the store took no responsibility. Now I’ll have to wait up to five months for her hair to grow back, which is unacceptable from a service that’s supposed to be professional and trustworthy. I do not recommend this location. I was greeted by an associate. She was very nice and engaged with my 4 year old daughter. Our dog food was in stock. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Both associate were older ladies. I am sorry I did not get their names. I was also impressed that you hired older folks as they are often overlooked in the workforce.

Relating to aquatic items. Prices are a little higher than some other places but the variety of products is outstanding. The quality of products is the same but the staff 99% of them are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will take the time to answer any and all questions posed to them. Live fish policy is very generous with a 30 day replacement if your fish die.

I just bought 54 dollars worth of things here and was charged 75. Cindy was so rude I left without a receipt. She couldn't answer any questions, and became combative when I asked anything. After paying, the machine said "please remove your card" so I did, and then she told me I removed it too fast, and I said "Nope, the machine said to remove the card." in a calm voice, her response was "Sir, please calm down." I said "Excuse me? I am calm. I haven't even raised my voice." She sat there in silence slowly finishing the transaction. You just lost a returning customer for life due to this interaction. Me and my boyfriend take both of our doodles to Amanda for grooming, we cannot say enough nice things about her and her work! This is the 3rd time we’ve came to her and she exceeds our expectations every time!! She is so kind and even more talented! Thank you Amanda for taking care of our boys and making sure they look their most handsome!
